Returns
Refunds will be offered in the form of in-store credit if items are received back to Stella’s Salon & Boutique within 14 days of you receiving your purchase. If your exchange is returned after the 14 day window, we cannot process the transaction.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it, free of stains and odors. It must also have the tags attached.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Accessories including sunglasses, jewelry, watches, hats and handbags
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
